Early Research With the Participants of the Pilot Cohort of 2018-19 Revealed That Only 7% Of the Participants Enrolled in the IC3 Institute’s One-Year Program in Career and College Counseling Came With Formal Training and Experience in the Field. Upon Completion of the Program, 93% Of the Participants With Administrative and Teaching Responsibilities Reported Feeling Well-Equipped to Cater to the Career Guidance Needs of Their Students. They Also Reported an Increase in Their Confidence and Effectiveness in Guiding Students and Parents. 73% Of the Graduates of the Program Have Gone on to Establish a Counseling Laboratory™ Within Their Schools.
