Our Team

Jim McLaughlin is Assistant Vice President, Community Development & Partnerships of the IC3 Movement. He is an educator and lifelong learner at heart and has dedicated his career to college counseling and student success. He traveled to more than 30 countries during his 15+ years in international admissions and student services at Chestnut Hill College and Drexel University, located in Philadelphia, the “City of Brotherly Love & Sisterly Affection.” Prior to joining the IC3 team full-time in September 2019, Jim most recently directed the Office of International Students and Scholars Services at Drexel University where he led a team of eight professionals serving 5,000+ students and scholars. He has been involved with the IC3 Movement since 2016, first as a volunteer, and has held several IC3 leadership positions, including Chair of both the Outreach Committee (2016-17) and the University Committee (2017-18). Jim currently resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with his family.

Anuradha Bhavar works as an Associate, Community Development & Partnership at IC3 Movement. Anuradha defines herself as a powerhouse of 3E's - Energy, Enthusiasm, and Excitement. She assists the mission of counseling in every school by catering to the large volunteer community at IC3 Movement. She has worked in the field for more than four years and contributed to the growth of an NGO catering to senior citizens and high school impact projects in her previous workplaces. She holds a Master's degree in Human Development from the College of Home Science, Nirmala Niketan and a specialization in Gerontology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.

Diana joins IC3 Movement with 6+ years of experience in the events and exhibitions industry. Her previous experiences included conceptualizing and executing corporate events for the Pharma, FMCG, Finance, and automation industries. She has organized large-scale hybrid exhibitions in the textiles, food, and medical industry as well. A fun-loving Taurus-Gemini cusp, she loves binge-watching OTT shows and grooming her pets in her free time.

Joshua provides content writing, strategy and implementation, and creative marketing services as the Communications Associate at IC3. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Communication with a minor in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University. After earning his degree, he worked in marketing for online education for five years. In his spare time, he enjoys watching basketball and listening to classical music and classical renditions.

Kavita manages content, PR, and various marketing communication projects for IC3. Kavita has been working in the field of content and communication for over 14 years, two of which have been with the education sector. She has covered industries like real estate, manufacturing, power, oil, and gas, audio-visual, gems and jewelry, etc. Prior to joining IC3 Movement, she handled content and communications for the VIBGYOR Group of Schools. In her spare time, she loves reading, doodling, and listening to music.

Born and brought up in Mumbai, Laxmi holds a bachelor's degree in psychology. She has six years of operations experience, mainly in EdTech companies. Her last organization was Erulearning Solutions, where she handled the service delivery department of the APAC region.

As the Executive Assistant to the Founder of IC3 Movement, Mudita brings in almost eight years of experience as an HR generalist in the education sector. She previously worked in K-12 schools and across educational boards. Her forte has been developing and implementing HR policies and processes, driving HR functions, and creating a happy, fun workspace for employees. She has completed her Master’s in Human Resources from ICFAI University and fluently speaks English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Kutchi.

Pankaj is the Junior Designer at IC3. He has experienced a lot of places in India since childhood. He was born in Hyderabad, lives in Mumbai and his hometown is in Karnataka. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media from Mumbai University. He has worked with SHM & Adgully as a designer and has multiple internship experiences under his belt while pursuing his education. Outside of work, he enjoys activities like cycling, walking his dogs, and gaming. Technology is another area that he passionately follows.

Priyanka Mishra, based out of Mumbai, has had an enriching journey of 11+ years into higher education and has worked at different facets of the industry. She has worked for various overseas Higher Education Institutions and developed and implemented school/student outreach strategies for them in India and SA region. In her last role as Regional Manager – School Outreach for St. George’s University, Priyanka was involved with actively creating the School Outreach plan for the university from scratch and led all engagement activities. She is a counselor at heart and believes quality education can change lives completely. Human psychology has always intrigued her and she has also earned a Basic and Advanced Lab for Human Process conducted by ISABS. In her free time, she loves to cook and solve logical reasoning problems with her son and is trying to re-engage herself in her long-left hobby in pottery.

As IC3’s Graphic Designer, Sandeep contributes graphic design across the spectrum of IC3 projects including print, collateral, social media, as well as animation/video. He also helps to manage the IC3 websites. Sandeep studied Computer Science from Jai Hind College, Mumbai, and taught himself design and motion graphics. He has worked for Wall-E Events, OMCPL and recently Wizcraft. He eats, breathes and lives design, and also speaks four languages (English, Hindi, Marathi and Telugu).

Varsha has over eight years of experience in the Early Childcare Industry. She has worn multiple hats in the Retail, Corporate and Franchising verticals. Born in India and brought up in Malaysia and Singapore, Varsha has completed her PGDM (HR) from MIT School of Business, Pune and B.E (Chemical) from the University of Mumbai. Outside work, she looks forward to reading and yearly vacations with family and friends.

Yogeshwar Newalkar joins IC3 Movement with 10+ years of experience, of which the last nine years have been in the Media & Entertainment industry. His previous experiences include travel/visa, education counseling & event agencies as well. Born and brought up in Thane, he holds PGDM (Marketing) from MIT School of Business (Pune), a PGDM (Events & PR) from EMDI (Mumbai), and a Bachelor's in Management Studies from Mumbai University. He likes to cook, read (mainly mythology & history), and spend weekends visiting various jungles across the country for tiger safaris.
